Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance. However, we require your insurance information to provide to the labs, and we can provide an invoice for treatments & packages that you may submit to your insurance company.

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a strict 48-hour cancellation/change policy. Late cancellations/changes will incur a full non-refundable charge for missed appointments.

How should I clean my produce?

To maintain the nutritional value of fresh produce, clean your produce in a sink full of water with 4-8 oz. of distilled vinegar for 30 minutes to wash off residual pesticides/herbicides and kill germs. If you desire a greater germ-killing boost, add a tablespoon or two of salt. A study in the Journal of Food Protection found that vinegar’s ability to kill E. Coli bacteria was significantly enhanced when salt was added to the mix.

Tomorrow is my first IV. What should I bring? Should I arrive with an empty stomach?

Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothes,bring anything you need for comfort during your IV, such as headphones, any chosen device or a book. It’s advisable to eat a light meal before your appointment. We provide water, tea, and snacks.

IV therapy, or intravenous therapy, is a medical treatment that delivers fluids, medications, vitamins, and nutrients directly into a patient's bloodstream through a vein. This method allows for rapid absorption and immediate effect, making it an effective option for hydration, nutritional support, and medication administration.

Will you be my primary care provider?

No, our services do not function as primary care. We recommend that all patients have a primary care physician outside of our practice.
